How can I make wings for an adult dragon costume with an umbrella?

I have two old umbrellas with a few tears in them. I want to buy a tight shirt or body suit, and use the umbrellas to make wings. I have a few ideas, and I hope to make them work. I want the wings to stand up on my back, and have a VERY tight budget.

You could paint them and glue some feathers on if you want a feathery look. Or make some scales out of foam paper if you want scales. You can also buy cheap wire and material at a craft store if you want. Here’s a video of how to make really cool dragon wings on a tight budget. Hope it helps!
